Below is a general pricing guide for wedding florals. Prices will vary depending on availability of flower, season, type, vessel, as well as size. To receive more comprehensive pricing, a phone or in person meeting is advisable.

Additional Fees that May or May Not Be Necessary:
Minimum for a Wedding: $2,500.00. If the minimum falls below that amount, each item ordered will become per diem and be accessed at a higher rate to insure that the same quality and variety of florals and greens are included and accounted for in ordered items.
Delivery Charge: $50.00 standard. An additional per current mileage rate is added for any venue outside of a 25 mile radius of 92807 plus $50.00 hourly rate for drive time. Additionally, Florist needs to be advised of multiple drop offs. For example, personals need to be left at a hotel or home that is not part of the wedding ceremony site. If within 15 minutes from venue, no charge will be accessed. Beyond that, a $50.00 per hour fee will be accessed.
Installation: Anything that needs to be constructed on site accrues an additional fee of $125.00 per hour. Examples of said fee are arches, half circle florals, staircases etc. (Partial arches generally take an hour.) Crosses are generally pre-made and attached without an installation fee involved. Setting flowers on tables are free of charge provided tables are preset when florist arrives, otherwise an hourly rate of $50.00 will accrue.
Reworking Ceremony to Reception: A fee of $150.00 will be charged for any florals/greens/displays that need to be removed and reworked into the reception. This means that the florist will need to remain onsite for the duration of the time leading up to the wedding, the wedding itself, and then pictures, after which time the items can be removed to or driven to next area.
Strike Down/Clean Up: A fee will be required if the florist and her team need to return at the end of the evening to remove all floral items from said venue.
**Quill & Clover currently maintains a million dollar insurance policy which can be produced for evidence to any venue requiring a copy. A two week notice for said item is greatly appreciated.

Tall Centerpieces-$150.00 and up (Tall glass vases)-Greens, flowers
Tall Harlow Stand Centerpieces-$175.00 (roses, filler, various greens, etc.) and up. (Stands are a rental item only and included in price).
Vases with Standard Flowers and greens in water-$40.00
Cake Flowers $20.00
Garland for long tables-2 kinds of greens-$25.00 a foot.
Small Cluster of Greens with Flowers for Lantern (Lantern not included)-$30.00 and up.
